With all Stallion Hosting packages you can easily create personalised email addresses, simply follow the step by step guide below and you will soon be able to use your own custom email address connected to your website address.
Step 1 Login to your cPanel:
Check your emails for an email from Stallion Hosting called New Account Information, in this email you will find your cPanel login details, which will be:
Username:
Password:
Login to your cPanel: yourwebsite.co.za/cpanel (remember to replace yourwebsite.co.za with your actual domain name)
Login screen looks like this:

Once logged in, scroll down and click on Email Accounts

You will be presented with a screen similar to the one below, to create your email account:

Email: fill in the first part of your email address, eg: info, sales, your name etc
Password: Create a strong password, which includes capital letters, numbers and special characters or use the generate password option.
Click, Create Account
Once created, you will be able to set up your new custom email address on your computer/laptop (using Outlook, Thunderbird etc) or cellphone, tablet etc.
Your email settings to be used for the set up process will be:
Note: replace createyourwebsite.co.za with yourwebsiteaddress
Username: full email address eg: info@createyourwebsite.co.za
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.createyourwebsite.co.za
IMAP Port: 143 POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.createyourwebsite.co.za
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP authentication is required.
Recommended account type: IMAP

Follow the step by step guide below on how to set up your custom email address with Microsoft Outlook:
Open Outlook
Click File, then click: +Add New Account (see screenshot below)

Then fill in your new email address, eg: info@createyourwebsite.co.za

Click on Advanced options and tick: Let me set up my account manually

Click Connect
We recommend clicking IMAP email account

Then update your settings to the following:
Incoming mail, change port to 143
Change the Encryption method using the drop down menu from SSL/TLS to None.
Outgoing mail, change port to 587
Change the Encryption method using the drop down menu from SSL/TLS to None.

Once complete, click Next
Type the password you used when creating the email account and click Connect
Your email set up will now be complete, and you will be able to use your email address.
